JC Jewelers is the best choice for jewelry and cleaning services. I was looking for a jewelry shop to clean my hubby's wedding band because it hasn't been cleaned in over 5 years... So it looked pretty atrocious. On the day I dropped off my ring I walked in and I was amazed with how clean and well organized their shop is. I met with Jerry, he's a solid owner and very professional. He told me it'd only be a couple of days and I said ok. On pick-up day I was greeted by Kim. She has a very warm and welcoming smile. She walked us through the prices they use for cleaning jewelry and how we can better keep up with the cleaning at home. Her people skills, personality and pleasantne When I tell you all they did an amazing job on the cleaning I would be speaking lightly if you could see what this ring looked like when I first dropped it off. The ring looks stellar now and I'll definitely be going back to have more jewelry cleaned! Thank you JC Jewelers 😊

Fantastic service. Amazing quality. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring and still use the original band. I brought my original wedding ring to JC Jewelers and the new ring my spouse had purchased, in order to combine them. They gave us a fantastic deal and I could not be happier with how gorgeous it turned out.

JC Jewelers on Bob Hope St. made a beautiful necklace white gold with setting for a ruby and other gem. High quality workmanship, very helpful with educating buyer, fair prices, the best customer service, and the owner and employees make it a pleasure to buy jewlery from JC Jewlers. I recommend this jeweler to family and friends. I have no words of gratitude for JC Jewelers and to everyone who works at JC Jelwelers. It is truly a family that I see when I come into JC Jewelers. Mr. Rodriguez showed me some mens rings in white gold, beautiful diamond, and setting. I am very simple and loved it. I sent some pictures to my wife and she love it. There was no pressure to buy it right away from JC Jewelers. That is the reason I enjoy going to this business. I might see something I like for myself, someone in my family, or as a gift but there is no push to sell right away. I always like the opportunity to go in and look at their array of merchandise. I got my ring from JC Jewelers maybe a year or two ago, and while I should’ve written a review back then, I’m happy to share now just how great my experience has been! The owner is incredibly nice and super helpful. Every time we’ve gone in, he’s treated us with nothing but kindness and respect, always going above and beyond to make sure we get the best price possible. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy. I’ve also brought my ring back a few times for cleaning and polishing, and I’m always impressed—it comes back looking even better than when I first got it! The quality of service here is consistent and top-notch. If you’re in the market for jewelry, I highly recommend stopping by JC Jewelers. You won’t be disappointed. It’s rare to find a place with such great service, honesty, and care.

Jerry, Kim and Carla are absolutely amazing people , with great customer service skills. My first time walking in meeting Jerry I was treated like we were old friends who knew us for years. Having met Kim on another occasion she was a familiar beautiful face that both my wife and I enjoy seeing whenever we can. And Carla also treated us and our children very well and was super helpful. On a business side , they were all very patient, polite and took the time to explain and show us many beautiful pieces which ultimately helped us make an informed comfortable decision. Even walked us outside to get the true experience of the pieces in the sunlight . Hands down the best jewelry store experience I have experienced and the best jewelry shop I’ve been to. This experience has made me a forever customer Jerry is super easy to work with , not pushy or overly aggressive. Thank you JC jewelers for our beautiful jewelry and for making it a wonderful experience. Did I mention we love to see Kim’s face lol .
